Wedding Reception Entertainment

Close-up Magic is the perfect Icebreaker to have at a wedding reception. The magic is completely engaging and brings people together in a way that is fun, interactive and memorable. The drinks reception often runs for approximately 2 hours or slightly over and The Bride & Groom are often occupied with the photographer.

I have learned from my experience the surprise of close-up magic during this time is very welcomed by the guests, making it a nice transition from arrival to the call for dinner. The reactions caught on camera can also make for some truly memorable moments for your wedding album.

Dinner Table Magic

Magic performed during dinner beautifully compliments the amazing atmosphere in the room.

A table of 8-10 guests laughing and applauding let's the other tables know there is entertainment coming their way, this is very often going to be a new and exciting experience for them.

The guests are seated while the magician performs standing, this presents a real sense of theatre for the entire table.

The formula is simple. Open to the table, make them laugh and get their attention, hold their attention with some strong magic and always leave them wanting to see more.

Table magic is David's area of expertise and undoubtedly his favourite time to perform.
